Literacy National Standards
Be patient, after about 8 mins Jill begins to give lots of good practical ideas.
One idea I like is the generating of blogging comments as a reading and writing activity.We are a large school this is something we could do quite effectively just amongst our classes.
Another is a writing activity. Emailing a piece of writing to family and friends for feedback.
